Upload Your Design: Before you proceed to checkout, upload the file of your 3D model. If you’re buying from a place like HeroForge, purchase and download .stl or .obj files.
Place Your Request: This acts as a request submission and does not constitute a final sale until review.
Review and Approval: We will review your file to ensure it is suitable for printing. If your model fits within the standard parameters, we will proceed with your order.
(In cases for uploading multiple files or where your model is larger or more complex than our standard pricing covers, we will reach out with a custom quote. Your approval of this quote is required before we proceed.)
Payment Processing: Payment will only be captured after we approve the order or you accept the custom quote. You will not be charged at the initial submission.
Printing and Fulfillment: Upon payment, we will begin the printing process and notify you once your miniature is ready to ship!
